About
JDIC, LLC was established on January 27th, 2018 by Nicholas and Cori Johnson.
The mission of JDIC, LLC is to assist for-profits and non-profits with achieving their community and economic goals.
JDIC, LLC accomplishes its mission by providing the following services:
-JDIC, LLC provides private placement and advisory services in domestic and international private debt and equity markets, as well as for mergers and acquisitions financing and operating structures;
-JDIC, LLC also represents private parties with mediation and negotiations of public finance and economic development incentives; and
-JDIC, LLC specializes in taxation of pass-through entities such as trusts, estates, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, S Corps, and cooperatives.
