Partner
Nicholas Johnson
Nicholas Johnson is an Honorably Discharged US Army veteran with over 25 years’ experience in public and private community and economic development finance as well as corporate and commercial transactional law. Nicholas advises for-profit and non-profit entities regarding a broad list of opportunities related to federal, state, and local government tax credits, bonds, and tax increment financing as well as businesses seeking commercial finance advice regarding reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity securities issuance. Nicholas also specializes in taxation of pass-through entities such as trusts, estates, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, S Corps, and cooperatives. Nicholas has originated over $1 billion in debt, equity and tax incentives for businesses, nonprofits, and units of government.
Nicholas received his Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Corporate & Commercial Law from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Public Administration from Texas State University and is a PhD Candidate in Public Policy Economics at Southern University and A&M College (Baton Rouge).
Nicholas and his wife, Cori, have seven (7) daughters, Nichole (28), Allison (26), Tessah (24), Lauryn (22), Payton (18), Olivia (10) and Natalia (6).

Cori Johnson
Cori has 18 years in data management, geographic information systems, supervision, hotel and restaurant services, experience in sales, marketing, catering, human resource administration, accounts payable, and bookkeeping.
Cori received associates degrees in Business and Fine Arts at South Texas College, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration, from the University of New Orleans and Cori completed a Master of Science in Event Tourism with a thesis in Destination Attractiveness geared toward the Millennial Generation at Indiana University.

JDIC, LLC accomplishes its mission by providing the following services:
-JDIC, LLC provides private placement and advisory services in domestic and international private debt and equity markets, as well as for mergers and acquisitions financing and operating structures;
-JDIC, LLC also represents private parties with mediation and negotiations of public finance and economic development incentives; and
-JDIC, LLC specializes in taxation of pass-through entities such as trusts, estates, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, S Corps, and cooperatives.
